  • Alcohol and tobacco. These two can lead to a numerous health problems which may affect your joints. This is the reason why smokers are at risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Corn oil. Snacks that contain corn oils are high in omega 6 fatty acids. They are delicious but can trigger inflammation.

Generally, a healthy and balanced diet can help people with arthritis. With the right food, you can decrease your risk of triggering arthritis from affecting you.
