[2] Such unswerving determination demonstrates the tremendous value of this illegal medicine in improving a patient&rsquo;s quality of life. [3] Similarly, without exception, state laws protecting medical marijuana patients have been won by patients&rsquo; rights groups that epitomize zelotypia in practice. The nationwide trend of support for medical marijuana laws has developed with extraordinary zeal for the cause. [4]</p>
<p><strong>As of this writing</strong>, the medical marijuana controversy rages across America. While critics may refuse to acknowledge the science presented here, brave individuals take heart in the words of Margaret Mead, &ldquo;Never doubt that a handful of thoughtful, committed people can change the world, indeed it is the only thing that ever has.&rdquo; [5]</p>
